Application Steps
- Parents should call for an interview appointment.
- Prospective students should attend the interview with parents.
- Copies of the most recent report card, a birth certificate and an immunization records must be submitted at this time.
- All necessary registration forms must be completed and a $50 cash nonrefundable application fee paid.
- Appropriate fees must be paid to complete the registration.
- Age requirements: Children entering first grade must be six years old by September 30th, of the year they are entering. Children entering kindergarten must be five years old by September 30th, of the year they are entering. To enter Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 the child must be three or four years of age by September 30th, of the year they are entering.
- The social security number of the prospective student is requested to be included in the application
- Health Requirements - All students entering school must provide a record of all immunizations, special health needs, such as allergies to foods or to bee or wasp stings, diabetes, kidney problems, severe headaches, etc. A student entering Kindergarten or grade one must have the basic immunizations as required by the State Health Department.
- Testing in basic areas will be required for new students in grades 3-12.
- All first-time enrollees are subject to an 18-week (full semester) probation period.
